Here is a little information about me. I moved to the Memphis area in May of 2014. My husband, Luke, accepted a youth ministry position in Bartlett requiring us to move from Lexington, TN. Luke and I have been married for 6 years, and welcomed our first child on March 1st, 2016. I graduated from Freed-Hardeman University in December of 2010 with a B.S. in Elementary Education. I am also highly qualified for all subjects from Kindergarten through 8th grade. I graduated from Bethel University in 2014 with a Masters degree in School Administration. While in Lexington, I taught 7th and 8th grade Reading and Language Arts. However, I started my career in Jackson, TN where I taught 3rd and 4th grade. Including student teaching, I now have experience in 2nd-8th grade. This is my fourth year at DES!
